Neil might look like an Arthur Daley, but he is just the opposite. I bought a Rover MGZT and he sorteda couple of minor faults while doing the MOT. I had an on-going problem with the clutch which he dealtwith without hesitation and I would definitely go back to him for my next car. I can recommend to anyoneboth Neil and Paul his brother/partner as genuine and caring car dealers.

I have dealt with used car dealers for years, however Neil is a real gem who really looks after his customers. A week after getting my car the battery went flat and on inspection I saw that it was the original BMW one. Neil provided a new one without hesitation, and no grumbles. The cars he sells are checked & MOT'd before delivery in their own garage and any problems corrected. What a great service my family and I have had from Neil and his workers at Kirkburn cars. He found a car to our specifications and serviced it all ready to go. Absolute gentleman and will definitely be going there again when we need new cars. Would trust them 100 per cent to do their best for their customers.

would 100% recommend without a doubt! neil got my mot done and dusted within 24 hours of me calling in to book, he went above and beyond to fit it in for me last minute as my vehicle was sorned and i had not realised the mot expired due to not driving/checking up on it. i called on a sunday afternoon and he had it done by monday afternoon, i had called up other garages who would did not have any availability until 1 week to 1 month onwards. we were offered a courtesy car in the mean time to get us home which was incredibly helpful. will definitely be back for future mot's and servicing

I bought a Peugeot 206 from Neil after being advised I go to Kirkburn Cars by a colleague. He and his team made sure I left with the car I wanted at a price I was happy with and ensured me that if I had any problems with the car I was more than welcome to return and he would see that it was taken care of.I would recommend Kirkburn Cars to anyone who would listen!

Absolutely fantastic place to buy a car or have a car MOT, serviced or repaired. The level of which you are looked after and supported as a customer is 100% better than any large franchise and any other garage I know in the area. The customer service aftercare is awesome and you can not be better supported when purchasing a car. I for one will deffintly be a returning customer for the next car and will always return there for car repairs.All staff are welcoming and very approachable whether it is sales or repair.Keep it up Kirkburn Cars you're the best around.

Neal (One Of The Partners) is probably the most genuine guy you will ever meet. I went over to look at an MG ZS180 and decided to buy it. He put a new 12 month MOT on it and also did a full service on it before he was happy to let me take it. During the service something came up that he was not happy with so he called me over, gave me a loan car whilst he investigated the problem. Next day I collected my new motor and LOVE LOVE LOVE it LOL. Will deffinatly recommend him to anyone, thanks for going that extra mile guys ;)
