Nicola from TJS helped us to buy our first home, and thanks to her the whole process was a lot less stressful than it could have been. We were kept well-informed throughout the whole process, and Nicola was always quick to respond to any queries or questions we had. We were left disappointed with the customer care that we received.No updates. Laura rang us approximately 4 times throughout the long, drawn out sale. Both times we felt pressured into moving out of our home and finding rental property.One time , the buyer rang us to say tjs had informed them we'd changed our minds.We were disappointed with the lack of updates and help offered.

Constant updates. Took all the legwork and viewing load off us and were able to convert to a sensible sale within a very short timescale, exactly in line with their predictions and market projections.Would highly recommend TJS if selling and would use them again .
