The Dressing Room Wigan

Went to the dressing room in January 2023 with no idea what my daughter wanted for her prom dress . The lady was lovely and suggested lots of different styles to try . We didn’t feel like we were on a time limit and all questions were answered. My daughter fell in love with a dress that day . We paid the deposit and left everything with the shop to order. We went back a few weeks later with the shoes to have a fitting , again great service . Then today we have been to collect it ready for prom .What I would say is don’t leave it to late in the year to shop as they operate a one dress one school policy , which includes all colours in the dress . So I would imagine if you left it too late your choices would be more limited . Also if you need the dress altering , they can only do it themselves up to a certain point in the year as they then have wedding dress alterations to prioritise .Overall fab service , great choice of dresses , good prices , lovely shop . Great experience…. carol got my vibe as soon as we went in. Picked my bespoke dress and got all my bridesmaids sorted too. can’t wait to collect them all this week. Thanks ladies for making it all so easy for me! Would recommend to any bride!

I had the best experience with the dressing room Wigan, the ladies were so friendly at my first appointment and throughout the whole process of making my bespoke wedding dress. The team made me feel super comfortable at every single appointment. The best part was getting to see how my dress was coming on after each appointment and seeing the vision come to life. If you need a dress for your wedding...this shop is THE place to be! In November 2022 I went dress shopping, I knew what I wanted in my mind so I found a few shops to go to and this was the first and my god, it was the best decision I ever made. My mum and I arrived to the warmest welcome and a glass of prosecco each as we all spoke about what I had in mind and the ladies went and searched a few dresses for me. Even though I had a dress in mind, they found a few for me to try as they said something I didn't necessarily like on photos might look different once I tried them on and I loved that idea of them wanting me to explore different options. I tried the first dress on and I fell in love, but I thought no I'll keep an open mind and try more on. I ended up going for the first dress I tried on and the ladies then started to see how I wanted it fitting, taking measurements etc, they took so much time in make sure it would end up perfect for me, I loved the attention to detail they were giving the dress. A few months passed and I went for several fittings, each time making sure every little thing was just right. Last week, I went to try it on for one last time and I couldn't have been happier with how it looked, it was everything I imagined it to be and more. I now have it hung up at home waiting for my wedding day next month, I can't wait for all the photos and memories to treasure for life. The ladies at this shop went above and beyond, please please go here if you need a dress, you won't be disappointed at all, they really do make sure it is perfect. A wonderful bridal shop. After struggling to see any designs I liked anywhere I tired here and I am so glad that I did. The staff are incredible. I was super stressed about not finding a dress and they put me at ease, were approachable and professional.They have an absolutely wonderful selection of dresses which are different from what I had seen in other dress shops and could not have made me feel more welcome or special. The fittings all went well and they were happy to tweak things bit by bit so I had the perfect fit. Thank you so much for giving me my dream wedding dress!
