Food were very unhygienic. And you can never get the KFC experience from this store. The service is very poor. Order a Zinger Burger and got this piece of chicken with few lettuce. Totally disappointed.

After ordering my food, it never showered yet I still payed for it. I then went into store and after 30 minutes of arguing, they did not give a refund or the food originally wanted. Making me pay a second time, yet only getting it once.

Was cheat meal day so visit KFC at around 7:15pm on a Wednesday. Was quite busy.Ordered at the counter, paid in cash and the staff gave £1 more in change. I returned it back and she thanked me.To my surprise there was an extra chicken wing in my order.Chicken piece as well as wings were typical KFC taste. Liked it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. DO NOT BELITTLE YOURSELF FOR THAT KFC,USE THE CORNER SHOP!Very rude staff. Picked argument with anyone who speaks.Very thick Indian accent,which makes it to understand when you asked them to repeat they walk away.Manager is the worst. He doesn't know anything and is extremely rude and shout for everything. They all went at the back and talked about customers.The food was very bad too. Refused to take the order properly,they serve the way they wants.Argued with Deliveroo guys too.Too much to write& not my first time there but is is my last,if store manager is like that what's the point. Very disrespectful. You're serving food, have some manners, or go back to where people tolerate your nonsense.Have you heard of customers right?surely not! We are not beggars, even so no one deserves to be spoken the way you all do.

This KFC just becomes goofier and goofier every so often I return to the area and see how it's getting on. This time the workers didn't know how to apply discount codes and they forgot the chips in the chicken meal. The chicken as always was overcooked... how is this establishment still running? Believe me there are better options

I found a worm/caterpillar on the salad of my Zinger burger. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. They didn't call to tell me sorry. Just refunded via Deliveroo. Absolutely to be avoided dirty rubbish place and so rude didn't say sorry! Hope your outlet burns down soon!
