Tesco, Wragby Road, Lincoln

Sick, Fed Up and Tired of the Security not taking Ownership of their (Tesco) Private Car Park as far as Boy Racers are concerned. Yes, it IS their Car Park. Security, Management and Staff should own the blight on their Car Park and tell Boy Racers to GET LOST.

After being turned away from two closing tills I decided to use a self service one.I am not a fan of these - they tend to vary store to store and always seem to cause problems.I was midway through trying to add my shopping when a very rude assistant spoke to me like a naughty child and told me I was putting my shopping down on the wrong side.This wasn't in a helpful way, but in a sarcastic and humiliating toneI am in my seventies but not completely senile, or stupid, I simply hadn't used those tills in there before. Frankly, I was quite taken aback by the attitude of this staff member who clearly thought anyone who was having problems with the wretched tills was stupid and needed to be humiliated.A kind word of help would have been so much nicer. Quite honestly, if this assistant finds the job so boring and the customers so annoying she should look for another job where her superior skills would be more appreciated!I usually shop in Market Rasen Tesco and the staff there are always very helpful.Perhaps some staff training is needed at this branch, or better still bring back more of the normal checkouts,with happier staff.

This is a massive store which means a lot of walking to get from fresh fruit to squashes and fizzy water. I have mobility issues due to having had a recent operation and I am disappointed that they dont have mobility scooters available for customer use. My local Tesco is tiny in comparison, but has a scooter. My most recent visit was difficult due to having to walk so far to get everything I needed. I also ran into an issue by the chiller section where I was unable to reach items as the section was blocked by a group of Tesco employees discussing Tinder. They were oblivious to their surroundings, totally focused on their phones and chatting about the merits of that dating website. I couldn't reach the items I wanted and not one of the staff members moved to let customers shop. Very unprofessional.

Good store, but lacks some previously sold items

Good store. It is large in size and has a lot to offer. There is a large car park with various shops on the side. Staff are reasonably friendly and the tills are easy to use.

Just what you expect from a large Tesco supermarket, with plenty of free parking, & a petrol station. And in the surrounding local area, there's a myriad of local shops, restaurants & businesses large & small, all with plenty of free parking. Also, well serviced by the local bus & taxi & uber transport services.So all in all, a great place to have a wander & shop till you drop.

Decent Tesco in Lincoln, have visited several times in last 10 years. Good food selection - particularly lots of reduced food products easily accessible and viable to customers. Quick check-out process. I really like the atmosphere and aesthetic of this store, with the wooden exterior.

I must express my deep disappointment with the service I received at Tesco. After a long week of work, I was looking forward to a relaxing Friday evening with pizzas, chips, and beers. Tesco seemed like the ideal choice, but it turned out to be a regrettable one.I selected four pizza deals, each offering a pizza, side, and dip at a great price with the Clubcard discount. With a crate of beer in hand, I proceeded to the self-service checkout. To my dismay, my Clubcard wasn't working on my phone, despite having used it successfully before. In the past, friendly and customer-focused staff had always assisted me, but this time was different.The staff member I approached was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for assistance, I was met with a blunt refusal: We don't do that." Despite my insistence that I had received help before

The main shop happens here,I must be a trusted member now as the self service never flags me and takes me for a full rescan, prices have creeped up, but being a keen eyed shopper I know where else to find the same cheaper.Cracker bread, 1.75 c'mon 1.20 down at HBYou win and lose here,Luke on self scan checkout is always great, never a fuss always polite and best of all they have brought back own brand chocco hoops, although my kid has now stuck to lidl choc hoops so hopefully he will switch back, but can I trust you to keep them?

Large car park, also for disabled drivers. Big supermarket, covering all needs. Staff friendly, courteous and know where goods are, which always amazes me. Recommend
