Avoid buying anything from this company whatsoever. Once you have paid thousands of pounds for their products their aftercare service is shocking. The guy Mark has no interest in helping you to get small parts for your products and in fact does not care in the slightest whether you will have to cancel events because of it. He promises to send them off to you but makes excuses when you contact him. Have given him the benefit of doubt on a few occassions but having spoken to other customers we feel he is only interested in getting big money from us. There are other companies out there who are far more willing to help and are honest.

We have purchased quite a few items from the guys at Mad Effects and the after sales support, service and deliveries are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them.

What can me and my husband say about this company well we have been buying of Mark for the last 3yrs 2 dancefloors, full set of alphabet letters, love signs and 2 sets of Mr&Mrs sets and all of good quality and can't fault anything as service is 2nd to none..Looking forward to buying more in the near future...

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and in regards to the previous comment about aftercare being poor I am going to defend Mark on this one.The products come over on a boat and the scheduled delivery times are scheduled but can be held up at customs. I had to wait longer then expected but Marks phone is always on (via Whats App out of hours) and I was kept well informed about the delay at customs.I too had a issue with a few bulbs but Mark contacted his supplier and sent some spares out to me within a few weeks.I have purchased over 5K worth of equipment and apart form a delayed shipment and a few bulbs not working I honestly cant fault Mad Effects.I have purchased more goods again through Mad Effects and have paid a small deposit to secure my order. Once the ship arrives Mark asks for full payment and then your order is sent.I think this is a fair way of working and unlike bigger companies I get to speak to a person and not informed via email.Thanks again Mark and the team at Mad Effects.

Bought a starlight dance floor and a letter set. Delivery was quick and arrived on a pallet well wrapped up. Communication was faultless threw the whole process and will definitely order from madeffects in the near future.

Mark is an amazing guy with awesome customer service skills. He gave me a free & with bulbs as spare parts for broken bulbs on other letters or numbers.With a very short notice, mark had to drive down to Dublin to deliver a set of 16 X 16 dance floor to me even before receiving payment.Mark is just a perfect gentleman, and I won’t hesitate to recommend him and his products.
