Great company

Sweetest people ever. I booked a balloon arch for my dear friend's 83rd birthday. I'm in the States so wasn't even able to pay their deposit but they still agreed to do it for us. Then a week before the party the birthday woman's husband had 3 strokes and they had to cancel the party. Balloons R Us were so understanding and kind about the cancellation. What a great company and what wonderful humans. People over profit is a rare thing in this day and age.
