Absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back.I initially contacted Nicola via telephone to enquire about a treatment, her words were 'you don't sound old enough for this particular treatment, is it a weight factor?' .. I thought I was on a video call for a second, the issue was indeed weight related.Just from a telephone call Nicola knew exactly what I needed, I was blown away!I am so happy with my results, Nicola's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. The guidance and aftercare Nicola provided was also second to none, she really went out of her way to support and advise, if I needed it.However, due to her ability, skills and patience, I didn't even bruise!I know this is a long review, but I cannot express how talented, friendly and helpful Nicola is. I have told anyone who will listen, I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror.. I am so happy I found you, I will not go to anyone else, ever!!

Amazing service from Nicola from start to finish! As a first timer getting my lips done I was so nervous but Nicola made me feel at ease, such a lovely atmosphere and she explained every step, she was such a calming person with me being so nervous and I had amazing instant results. Can’t recommend you enough along with my mum and sister, I will definitely be a life time client and have already had lots of lovely comments only a day later, can’t wait to return and try out some of your other treatments! Had a HIFU pre treatment patch test. Nicola is so lovely and patient. She talked me through everything and showed me the equipment being used. I’m new to this kind of thing, but there was no pressure at all, just a friendly, knowledgeable and very professional consultation, followed by the patch test. Completely relaxed and pain free. Looking forward to the full treatment and the results afterwards! Highly recommend.

The most amazing person for this job, so so gentle and knowledgeable, being an anxious person, i felt so at ease with everything nic done! my dissolver worked instantly with literally no swelling by the time i drove home!! can’t wait for her to refill them for me :)

I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant salon experiences I've ever had. Nicola is so lovely and friendly and put me totally at ease. I was having lip filler for the second time and mentioned that I may make a few weird noises as I found it extremely painful last time, but to just ignore me and carry on regardless. Straight away she gave me 2 squishy stress balls to squeeze and left the numbing cream on longer for a fuller effect. Telling me at each step when the needle was going in and coming out so I knew how long I had to squeeze the squishy balls! She was so nice (even after each time I called her a psychopath... she's not really btw). I went back for a little last minute top up today before my holiday in 2 days and she slotted me in with less than 24 hours notice. I would highly recommend her. I've met her twice now but felt like I'd known her for years after my first appointment.

Extremely satisfying experience. 100% in all aspects. Nicola's professionalism knowledge & attention to detail is simply exceptional, this clearly shows in the immaculate results after every treatment. Iam so thankful I found NJS Aesthetics about 6 months ago, after having a really negative experience with appauling results in another local Aesthetics Room. Nicola literally rescued my face and gave me stunning results! Ive had regular various treatments ever since and Iam now so much more confident & happy in how I look, which is what you are ultimately paying for. Worth every penny!
