We highly recommend Farleys, especially Graeme Booth and the Conveyancing team after a successful house sale.We initially had a conventional sale through an Estate agent that was well managed before we took the property to auction when the original chain collapsed.All email and telephone enquiries were answered promptly and more complicated requests were fully explained. I noticed lots of good things during the advice I received, but especially the communication skills of both Ladies.Letters were sent, agreements made, and I ended up much better off for their troubles!
