I went here with friends for the emo Halloween brunch. First of all, the music was great, everyone clearly had an absolute blast singing and dancing. They weren't stingy with the bottomless drinks, which was nice. However, the staff weren't very friendly, it felt like they wanted to be anywhere else. I could forgive that, if it weren't for the food....it was pretty dire. The beef burgers were overcooked and lukewarm, my chicken burger was like cardboard. So disappointing when the burgers served upstairs look great!

Great venue for a private events and parties, we had some fantastic bespoke cocktails with a Texan theme for a brilliant travel event with our suppliers and live band.

Hello,Worst club ever in Manchester avoid it!I was on a night out in impossible Manchester and I’ve reserved a table for £800 and they managed to bring the drinks in 45mins and that’s the least amount am saying because it’s been longer. We tried to leave before the drinks came because they were taking too long and they brought the drink quickly when we were leaving and said we brought you the drinks now and can’t get refund. We were sober and spoke to them properly telling them we weren’t happy with the service we’ve received, because the worker was telling us there’s only 1 Hennessy left for us to order and when we were about to leave she brought magically 2 Hennessy from the back. I’ve been to BLVD, CLUB LIV, Truth and China white. I have never ever had the same issue.I’ve always been hearing of impossible and I thought I’ll give it a try but I will never come back. I’ve explained to the manager saying I’ve been waiting for an hour for bottles but he decided to listen to his employees saying I’ve only been waiting for 45mins. Saying am a liar for saying I’ve been waiting for 1 hour instead of 45mins. When I was the one that had to go to the bar to remind that we’ve got a table and no one came to us to ask for the drinks we want after we’ve been there for 30mins. Terrible service. Even after the 30mins they still took another 30mins to bring the bottles. I’ve got no issues with £ but at least they could do is get the service right. Worst night out of this year. Been forced to have alcohol when I didn’t want to as I didn’t like the atmosphere and customer service. Am using the word ‘force’ because we’ve asked to leave before the bottles came and they brought it quickly so we’ve got no choice to leave and get refund. I never ever left a review after a night club in my life because I always enjoy the night. This is my first and last time coming here.

Loved this place. We had a team event here. The food was delicious, the drinks were OK but small. The whole place is very instagramable.

Was here for an evening event. Great staff and drink selection.A second door would have been useful as the security on the door were having conversations and we could hear everything inside.Decent night out

the bird who served us was amazing but took 1.5 hours for a vegan wrap and it was cold along with the chips, the server host looked us up and down and was rude. but absolutely adored the lady who served us wasn’t her fault but she was amazing

Nice inside the girls on the bar are friendly but male staff member not sure if it was bouncer or manager or what, but very hostile and seemed like he was just looking for a reason to fight with someone or exert some authority over people. Female staff were nice though and they agreed his behaviour was out of line just a shame one person can turn an experience so sour. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.
