I have used this company for a few years for my annual boiler service and always found David professional and honest. I recently had a new boiler fitted by Lee and I can’t fault anything. The team are conscientious, considerate and professional, but most importantly excel at their job, which today is getting harder to find! I would highly recommend GEM.

First time we had used this firm for our boiler service as our previous one seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth.Found a couple of defects which had obviously been missed over a couple of years which they fixed. Price for service was reasonable. Will definitely book them next year.

An unexpected unseasonal cold spell in Bridlington caused our static caravan combi to freeze and burst.Heating engineer Dave attended my call out within 4 hours and temporarily reconnected the central heating part of system. New Vaillant parts were ordered and installed the following week. Dave's quick service prompts me to give this recommendation, it is a pleasure to deal with this professional business. The call out and repair charges were very reasonable. Thank you for your 5 star service.

The service we received from DEM was excellent: efficient and professional. They turned up very promptly, left no mess - just got the job done. We had our boiler and heating fixed and serviced. No dramas, just a thoroughly good job. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Sunday morning, significant leak coming from a pipe under the bathroom floor. Within 30 mins. Plumber arrived, then fixed, at a very reasonable price. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Having just moved to Bridlington that evening, myself and my children were faced wth what we thought was a faulty boiler. We attempted to get by but after no sleep due to the super cold temperature in this old house I called GEM at 1:30am and asked for help.I told him the fault code and he said he'd be right over and in under 10 minutes he arrived in uniform, bright and cheery, and set about finding the fault.It turned out to be a simple case of no gas to property due to a debt from previous occupiers and I wasn't charged - not even for waking him up in the middle of the night!I can't thank you enough! What a great introduction to the lovely people of Bridlington. We will continue to use GEM for all future jobs.

I rang G.E.M for my Mum who lives in Yorkshire, after trying to contact two other plumbers with no success. I spoke to David and explained the problem my mum was having and he said he would go round and check.David rang me back to explain what he had found and advised what the problem could be. He also said the boiler needed a service but no hard sell to do the job.Living so far away is a worry with my Mum having memory problems but David was very understanding, helpful had suggested ways to help make things clearer for my mum. Professional and polite service by a genuine guy out to help and not take advantage is so refreshing.Thank you David.
