Thrifty is a good company overall but this specific branch is filled with amateurs, they cant store information correctly, every employee has a different side of events and notes, really unorganised and dishonest staff. Thrifty needs to take a look at the staff in this store, specifically to a manager named Rob, very very rude. Dont bother with this branch to save yourself time, disappointment and unauthorised charges.

Had a car from here as I was hit by another person and their insurance company use these guys. I filled the tank back to where it had been when given to me. Have now been charged for fuel without telling me as the tank was not full, it wasn't full to start with! The only reason they take your card details it seems is to rip you off later. Unfortunately I had deleted pics showing fuel gauge levels as I thought this nightmare was over! Will be letting friends and family know that it may not be wise to use this company!

I can only go by this visit as I've not used them before. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The process (I had pre booked month's before) was slow, issues with internet speed, confusing tariffs and I pad crashes wasn't great. The vehicle I had booked wasn't available and was given an alternative. I'd booked a return of 5pm on the following Saturday but was told it had to be returned by 3.30pm...no chance for me so agreed a return for Sunday at no extra cost. Not sure I'll book from here again.

really happy with this place after being upgraded to a 4x4 from a golf cant complain. was very quick and no hassle charlotte was very helpful and friendly along with the other staff. would defiantly use again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, worst operators ever, very rude and unprofessional, promised me a bmw 4series, 2minutes later somehow its gone, booked me in for bmw 3series to be delivered at 10am, its now 3pm and they still haven't arrived & they decided to cancel the reservation without a valid reason and couldn't be bothered to tell me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Dispute over refilling car. Made me drive 80 miles out my way to pick the car up and drop off. Would never use this company again. Never had this issue with other company. Also had rubbish in the car when I picked it up.

The staff here were incredible. After what had turned into the day from hell due to our car needing to go into the local Kia whilst on our way over to Holland we last minute managed to get a car from them. They were so friendly and offered me a sweet as I felt light headed and sick (probably alot to do with stress). It was so nice that this part of the day was not an additional stress but actually managed to calm me down a little. I honestly cannot recommend this branch of Thrifty highly enough their level of customer service is second to none.

Rude and unprofessional company. I would run away where possible. Promises a car then you wait for collection and they don't turn up only when called they say they wouldn't be giving a car. Waste of time and money.
