As soon as me and my partner stepped through door,staff at door,WHAT DO YOUS WANT in a nasty attitude, partner says I want to buy some trainers,staff MAKE SURE YOU PAY FOR THEM in awful attitude,so me and my partner walked out very unhappy, I'll never ever shop hear again,I give it one star because we were pleased to get out place ☹️

Awesome place for clothes and trainers or if your taking up a hobby they have the right things in the shop. Only on issue went to get some trainers for my daughter whose 5 they should have a lot more junior trainers. X

Till unmanned on both visits. Long que. Staff are miserable. Disappointing that the company do not offer refunds. I was told I was lucky" I could get a credit note as they don't have to offer that either."

Sports Direct seemed more interested in getting as much stock on the floor to make money than it's customersPassageways seemed tight and not ideal for disabled in wheelchairs or people with buggies.Could be problems evacuating if needed to in an emergency or stretcher was needed on the premises.

Looking for walking shoes took me 10 to 15 minutes to get an employee to get me a pair of shoes to try on. initially i went to the tills he said someone is on that department so I waited eventually went back to the tills two employees now she contacted someone on that department eventually got some attention I think to much onus is on security two security guards on as you walk in the store
