The Old Railway Hotel
Three of us from work popped into their restaurant for lunch. We had expected the usual pub grub but it has recently become and Indian restaurant. The food was excellent!! The service was very friendly too. Well worth a visit.

Amazing experience from start to finish, staff very welcoming, and the room was very impressive. Breakfast was great, and we would definitely stay there again. This experience was a birthday present, so a real treat.

Everything was perfect. Our carriage was so pretty, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing, Everything you could wish for, served fresh, hot and with a smile Staff were so lovely, and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish Would not hesitate to go again, and recommend to all

Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the welcoming and helpful staff. They eagerly provided us with a tour, highlighting important amenities and tips for our visit. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor extended to the waitstaff, who provided excellent service. The delicious food and the convenient presence of a TV in our room further enhanced our experience.

Had the same experience as some others recently - I booked a table for lunch expecting a standard pub menu based on what is on the website, but it was serving Indian food only. But it was great Indian food, really fresh and tasty.

Had a really nice meal here. The steak was cooked to perfection. Also had the Cherry Cheescake, really nice.The Menu is not extensive, but what they do is very well done. This is a very nice place to eat and drink, I will return.

The room was spotless and spacious, boasting a massive bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. On top of the great cask ale selection, the restaurant offered an excellent Indian menu, serving as a delightful bonus.
