Dirty tables and chairs floor needed good brush and mop ,toilets were awful smelt of stale wee felt like I needed a shower when I left ,no need for it to be like that just glad I only had coffee

One of the dirtiest costa I have ever been too, filty sofas and tables, washroom is not that good too. Food was as it should be.

Service great but seating area inside looking tired and worn, bins full which didn't look pleasant. Outdoor seating area clearly needed sweeping and this was before the lunchtime rush on a Saturday . Some attention to detail needed in here.

Not a bad place for a coffee, hit and miss with the customer service and there never seem to be any pastry options apart from the day before croissants which I found a bit strange.

Good selection of food and drink and service was friendly but why was I provided a cardboard container for a large Americano for staying in? No other guests did! Surely you do a large porcelain cup don't you?

Well established coffee shop slap bang in the middle of the retail park with parking around available. Looks a little dated now as it opened probably 15yrs ago and hasnt really changed. Staff seemed nice with enough seating inside and out, which is great when up against other food shops on the same run that dont have the same level of accomodation.Decent coffee shop

Two people bring back their coffee and hot chocolate because they were warm. I was expecting a wet cappuccino. Still trying to find the milk. Medium asked for lol no need to be an inch off the top. I understand Batista's need to be trained not at lunchtime.
