Shake Shack Brighton (Delivery only)

Wouldn’t recommend, massively over priced and over hyped for basic small portions. £6 for a tiny milkshake which was the equivalent to a McDonald’s small drink which would cost you about a £1. Food was cold when it arrived, drinks put in the same bag as food which messed with temperature of both.

Would have been nice if it had been warm, fries especially seem like they've been standing a while before being boxed up. Expensive for this kind of quality.

Shame to see the negative reviews - I'm someone that really enjoys Shake Shack and have tried locations from London to Tokyo.I had a really good delivery of a mushroom burger and chips with cheese sauce, was just as good as in the branch in London!

It was a bit hot today so I'm glad you took the decision to cool my food with the coke can lieing in the Bun, moved for beauty shot. Also I love a bit of raw onion bigger than the burger itself

The first time we had a burger there, both my husband and I liked it. The chips were also nice. It came nicely presented in a box. I always try a place a few times before leaving a good review. Honestly if I could rate it 0 stars I would. Yesterday evening my husband ordered a meal from them. The presentation wasn't as good as the first time, but it didn't matter to much for him. He ate it and enjoyed it. Then at 2am this morning he was violently sick, both ends, if you know what I mean. He said that after a while he was eating he did notice that the burger was very pink, but he was hungry so he finished it. My husband was a strong man in his 40s before he battled with Covid 19 and nearly died several times. He has spent 2 months in hospital because of that illness. By a miracle he is still alive. I am so upset that the people from Shake Shack didn't put any care into making his meal. He basically paid them to get sick. No one deserves that, specially someone as vulnerable as my husband. Please can you care when making your food. This is people's lives that we are talking about.

Was interested to see what all the fuss was about.OK burger but there are better options in Hove.Well packaged and nice handwritten note on the packagingThe style of burger is like a very posh Burger King with a sweet/brioche bun, fresh salad served with a skinny smashburger style patty.I would avoid the the chips, as they didn't travel well and were a bit soft by the time they got to us. Just cook yourself some crinkle cut oven chips!They forgot the bacon in one of the burgers but they quickly refunded when I let them know.Also no shake options even though its called shake shack

Ordered 2 burgers but only one arrived, the lone burger looked very unappealing, looking like it had a bucket of grease poured onto it then sat on by something heavy. It went straight in the bin.One of sauces which I hadn’t ordered leaked all over the chips and to make things worse ruined the taste. It went straight in the bin.With no contact details there is no chance of reporting issues immediately the only option is a refund 10 days later. That really isn’t helpful if you’re hungry.I would recommend new customers steer clear if you don’t want to waste your money. There are plenty of other food outlets who take pride in their work.

Don’t understand how this place is rated so low. Always fantastic burgers delivered super quick. Can’t go wrong. Quality ingredients too and always hot and tasty. Honestly the best fast food burgers you can get.
