This is a well resourced library which is vibrant and very user friendly. There is a lovely children's library which young ones will enjoy, along with good ICT services for adults. The library caters well for its local residents, supplying books and signs in a number of languages.

I would not recommend this library for the simple reasons that one staff has been verbally abusive to my 11 year old not once but on a few occasions. She even escorted her out of the kids section without my knowledge. Suprisingly she is a manager at the library; an asian/indian lady of medium height and black hair. I am shocked that this lady is a manager or even a staff at all at a library. If this behaviour is repeated I assure you I will be reporting her to the authorities. The poor child is in fear of going to this library for this very reason, a child for God sake.

Nice separate children's section. Plenty of books. Colorful. Nice and warm on a cold winter morning. Friendly staff on arrival.

I've visited this library a few times over the past 6 years. They have a few tables spread out which I've used to do work. The library itself is clean and toilet facilities are clean too, as the cleaner is continually working throughout the day. There is a security guard on site, who patrols the library and helps keep the trouble makers out.Overall it's a quiet library and has air con inside. The staff seem friendly enough. It's a good library for its limited means.

i dont even want to give 1 star but they wont allow 0 ,so the library has good selection of book lovely BUT there are old men having a loud convo and u cant concentrate unless u go into the kids area . There are good staff as well as horrible rude staffs . i cannot give a name but please if u do go there do not stay for a long period of time as she might have her eye on you and pounce on you and create a problem.if the manager is reading this i would like him to get back to me as soon as possible.thank you

Did not use library but it looked nice. We used one of the small rooms within the library for a course/meeting.Only problem is parking. I have health problems and can't walk far, I have blue badge but library has car car park or disabled parking. You can park on road but limited to 1 hour and its difficult to find space.

Warm and welcoming staff. Good vibe with Hector's keep fit and a good choice of books even though they could do with a occult/magick section.

Been going to this library for over 5 years and I have never had an issue with it. All my children have been here and loved both the children's and teenagers section very nice place and staff. Also reservations always come fast
