I wanted to support this salon as my cousin used to work there. Anyway, i booked in for a balayage and was speaking to Gianni over instagram and he completely ignored me. Then I received an email stating my booking was cancelled and again, I messaged to find out why but completely ignored. My cousin also said she wasn’t sure why he cancelled my appointment. Not sure if its because I am Indian, or if theres an underlying issue but I wouldn’t know as I was completely ignored. Poor customer service.

Absolutely love this salon. All the staff are so friendly and I take a young lady into have her hair cut and coloured by Gianni. She has a learning disabilities and can get anxious but she loves going there and Gianni is amazing with her.I also have my hair coloured at the Salon. Highly recommended with fabulous prices.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I’ve had a few appointments now and one thing I’ve come to quickly learn, is that Shannon’s skin fades are very much on point! Shes so professional, constantly cleans everything which is so reassuring, and really has the passion for what she does. My hair can be difficult at times and takes a certain level of skill, and ‘the lady barber’ never lets me down!

I’ve taken my 4 year old son to Shannon a few times and every time she’s done amazing! She makes you feel so welcome and has a great way with kids, my son now loves getting his haircut! Truly talented, I won’t be taking him to anyone else. Highly recommend!

I’ve followed Shannon all over Milton Keynes because of the quality and consistency of her cuts. Skin fades are bang on every time and she’s happy to adjust and give advice when you want to try something new. Overall amazing service!
