Friendly staff, not ideal for short notice jobs, does take a few weeks to book in even for an inspection. Over all good service, and good workmanship. Always friendly and happy to help, over the phone or in person.

We popped into the dealership to look at the Kia Sportage. James Hill provided us with with an overview of the models, demonstrating his great knowledge of the product. He was very attentive, answering our questions and booking us a test drive for the following day, which resulted in us ordering a vehicle!!James was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

We came in to look at cars met Andrew who was fantastic. My mum is a disabled pensioner who has lots of needs with a car. Andrew was patient, let us look at the car and let mum sit in it whilst we chatted. We explained her needs, no busy screen, normal keys and he was able to accommodate everything we needed. He was not pushy and explained everything thoroughly. We were happy with the Kia options offered. We were able to order the perfect car with very little fuss. Thank you Andrew for your help

Recently had my Sorento serviced at Wessex Kia Cardiff and have got to say the service from start to finish was very professional. Both Georgina & Mollie on the service desk and Rhys ( Technician ) are a credit to the company. Would not look to take my Sorento anywhere else.

Ordered a car from Kia 4 months ago and just collected it today! The customer service and communication has been amazing throughout the entire process, even whilst my dad was abroad.
