Rang them twice waiting for more than 90 minutes, nothing.

Danny, Carol and Samantha couldn't have been more friendly and professional.They were very helpful and knowledgeable.I recommend them highly!Thank you all very much!

It was very good and I spoke to a young girl and she gave me the best advice you can get and I have followed up some of the things that you told me to do and everything's gone fine

Considering I needed there help There was NO ONE THERE A WASTE OF TIME!NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

I found that all the staff in the Citizens Advice Knowsley (Huyton Village) were very friendly and helpful towards my daughter and especially with the advice given, and espescially with helping her complete an very important documental form that she was subject to time restrictions to return to for her PIP entitlements.I can only commend all the staff members with their very friendly and helpful manner that they afforded to my daughter and myself, and also extending a very professional, friendly and courteous service throughout our time with them on our visit considering they high pressures placed upon them due to all the financial restrictions and staff shortages they have to contend with on a day to day basis.

An absolute disgrace. I've been ringing for two weeks to try and speak to someone . Email no response...so today I was off and took the train into huyton to find yr closed .I called into the shoe repairers next door to ask if he knew if citizen advice are open only to be told they only open Monday and Thursday. He is fed up of people like myself going into ask I don't blame him.on the website says open Monday to Friday 9sm till 3pm. Put the correct times up so people will know.ive got to wait another week now to go into huyton to see by chance if yr open.Yoit not fit for purpose you give advice to the public yet you can't advice of correct times etc this is very important for myself to see someone totally unbelievable service

I have always used the services of citizens advice they are very helpful and knowledgeable and have always been sorted out with whatever situation it is ,think they do a great job thank you

I defo go there again, friendly staff.A receptionists, than was so kind to drive to my home to had in my past I left behind, and who couldn't do enough for me( wonderful Lady)The fist lady was very helpful and supportive.And a second guy who dealt with me 2 week after was very professional and great to talk to.
