Fantastic staff and very knowledgeable. I've been at several different events where they've been the first aid help and they've been fantastic to speak to when needed.

Medics UK based in the North East of England cover a huge number of events annually including horse racing, marathons and half marathons, motor sport events and many more.I have worked as a self employed paramedic and have worked alongside their staff on a number of events and found them polite and professional, with up to date modern vehicles and equipment.If you are looking for a medical company to cover your event, I would have no hesitation in recommending Medics UK.

Extremly rude staff members, unecessarily aggressive confrontational attitude. My husband had a bad experience with their staff while working an event and the company's owner was not interested in hearing about his staff's physical threats of violence. They have since had his negative review blocked/ removed by google.It's John Smith posted and you its been removed. When I emailed you because he was busy at the event you were so blatantly dismissive and argumentative he never bothered calling you himself. You also said you'd rather hear from the events management company and since they haven't bothered complaining on his behalf what can he a lowly temp contractor hope to achieve

Poor management! One of your members of staff became aggressive with me at the Harrogate UCI event in September which you know. You refused to deal with the issue. I was never a customer!

Medics UK have provided first aid cover for our athletics club events, including a 5 km race and a junior fun run, for several years.
