After having terrible customer service at another dealership (not AC) I was greeted by Liam Robertson who was so attentive throughout my whole purchasing experience. Liam explained everything and made the process super easy. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Liam & team.

Had a great experience to start with, Liam was very helpful and sorted everything for me swiftly. Once I had bought the car it was a whole other story. He now takes weeks to respond to emails and there is no hello at the beginning, there is no regards at the end, just rude blunt messages. Classic sales guy.I was sold a car with a defective touchscreen, I told them within 2 days of having the car when I noticed. I have been told by the manufacturer that it needs replacing. After 2 weeks of waiting for a reply Arnold Clark have said they will not do anything about the issue. I am very disappointed with my purchase and I highly discourage you from using this company.

I went in to have a look at a car that I had been looking at online. Siannon was absolutely brilliant and made everything so easy! Took us out for a test drive and showed me all the 'bits and bobs' the car had to offer. I fell in love with the car and decided I would take it!. Siannon was very professional and was great to do this deal with! She went above and beyond to help me! Thank you very much!

First time purchase from this branch but will not be my last. I found everyone I encountered to be very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. After having a conversation with the receptionist (Carolanne) who clarified the type of vehicle I was looking for I was introduced to Liam Robertson on the sales team who found exactly what I was looking for. I have to say Liam is an absolute credit to your company, he really went over and above and was a joy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend him and indeed your branch to anyone looking for a hassle free experience when purchasing a car.

Liam Robertson was very professional when helping me to pick out a new car. He listened to what I wanted the car to have and narrowed down what type of car I was wanting, allowed me to test drive a few and was patient as I was scared to try something new. When I made my mind up about the car I wanted it wasn't in stock so he kept me up to date with what was happening with it.
