Been taking my 3 year old daughter here for awhile now can honestly say it is a fantastic class with great atmosphere, Paul is brilliant with the young children and shows so much patience and respect towards them it is amazing to see .

Our son Jack has been attending kung-fu at martial arts lifestyle for over 2 years now, he has learnt so much and is now on his orange belt, it has been lovely to watch his confidence grow so much and that is because Paul is such a fantastic,patient,kind teacher.So thank you to Paul for all your hardwork, Jack is enjoying his training with you and all his friends.

We've been going to Martial Arts Lifestyle for almost four years now, Paul is first class and we have learnt so much. His awareness of all the capabilities of his students is incredible. My son has autism and Paul's awareness and inclusivity is second to none.
