Olive care is a brilliant company to work for , The staff are fantastic and work as a tream even if on single calls. Olive care managements the best iv ever worked for then really care for the staff and look out for us all, you could not find a better company to work for!!

This is such a great service, we can't thank you enough. My aunt is totally looked after by Olive Care. We know as a family that looking after an elderly person who doesn't have her own children is a massive commitment for us. Having your service work with my aunt has helped our whole family. Thank you Olive Care from all of us.

Please be very careful before starting work for this company. I started working here, enjoyed the work but was offered work elsewhere which I could not refuse. The company did not pay me for the week I worked until contacting them over 5 times. I am still waiting for my P45 after 3 months. The manager conveniently ignores all emails sent to her.Never been so shocked by such terrible organisation of a company. Not to be trusted at all. They also fail to declare all information at interview.IMPORTANT! You will be expected to work from 7am-9pm and be paid for 8 hours.Mileage is at a terrible rate and not worth the wear and tear on your vehicle.The only thing decent about this company is a man called Peter who does a fantastic job caring for all clients. The company does not deserve such a caring worker.What a shame because online they look so professional.

I've personally worked at olive care and they are a great company to work for, they pay good money, mileage rate is good, the clients are amazing and the staff do an amazing job! Great company to work for and the team are incredible, I would recommend them to any one.

I worked for Olive Care at the beginning of 2018 and was fortunate to get given the opportunity.I received a warm welcome off all members of the team, from management and senior staff to office staff and my fellow colleagues.I was greatly supported throughout my time working at Olive Care and had an excellent relationship with all members of the team.Management were accommodating and flexible with my working days and hours I worked.Training was available regular and management promoted and encouraged this.Office staff were good to work with and were available to provide assistance if required.Senior staff and my colleagues were great in supporting me in my personal development, this allowed me to grow in confidence, attain new skills and knowledge.I thank everyone at Olive Care for being kind and warm hearted it was a real pleasure to work with you all.Luke

The best care on the planet !My mum had the wonderful care and support from Olive care for nearly 4 yearsI really don’t know where to start ! My mum was supported by an excellent team of well trained and caring staff who were consistently reliable and worked as a teamThey adapted to mums changing needs over the years and their wonderful support and dedication allowed my mum to remain independent for as long as possible and stay in her own homeThe care and support was person centred and always led by my mums changing needs and wantsOlive care staff supported my mum to pursue activities she enjoyed like cooking and gardening , keeping her mind and body active and to have a good quality of lifeMum always had the same pool of staff many that she had for the whole four years, that knew her well and any new staff were shadowed by existing ones so that the care was always consistentMum was always respected in her home , staff kept it clean and tidy and how mum wanted itI’m blown away by the fact that over the last two years of a global pandemic mums care was not affected , mum continued to have all the care and support she needed and things did not really change for her and I’m so grateful for that the staff coped through all of this supported by an amazing manager who quietly behind the scenes organised and kept everything running smoothly indeed the manager and director of the company were always approachable and kept us as a family informed and included at all timesAll changes in mums health or wellbeing were actioned on immediately and they liased well with other professionalsThe care support and kindness given by all at Olive care will never be forgotten it allowed my mum to have the ‘best quality of life ‘ possible and stay in her own home , which made such a difference to mum and also to us as a familyI can’t recommend Olive care highly enough !
