Smyth's Toy Store is located in Dundalk Retail Park, along the Inner Relief Road, or the bypass as it is known locally. It is very easy to find, and there is an abundance of car parking space. Like most Smyth stores, it is well stocked with the latest toys, games and Gizmo's, but I have on a number of occasions, found that when a particular toy is out of stock, it can take quite some time before it is in-stock again. I have found however, that on the majority of visits here, the staff have been very helpful, and in some instances, extremely helpful. However, I have also found that during busy periods, the store seems under staffed. All in all, it's the biggest toy store in Dundalk, and I will continue to use it.

My daughter was in the store yesterday she's 6 months pregnant and got two big toys the manager of the store service her and was not very helpful she had to ask him for bags and he said to her if you have 70 cent didn't even ask her did she need help not saying because she is pregnant she should get help but be polite the manager could take manners from his staff

Very bad customer service. I would love to see a rival to this toy store come to town as it could help the management hire people who are interested in the customers. If your customers encounter negative staff, then that's a problem.

Absolutely love symths. Toys you can see before you buy. Click and collect i have used twice now and no hassle with it. Very helpful staff. Anything I can't find and I ask to see if it is there. The staff is very good at locating it for me. ☺

Always enjoy to go Smyths even just to see the toys or shopping.Store with good range of toy's for girls, boys and baby's.Nice selection of Lego, Our generation, Barbie, board games, console games, Funky, outdoor activities and others.Staff are very friendly and helpful with a smile always.I would recommend this shop definitely.

I feel as if there should be some form of exception for sick children who have no grasp of when a shop is closed and maybe they could pick a toy quickly and exit the shop. Should be highly considered as there are many very poorly children who should also get a chance at getting a toy.
