Booking a ride with this taxi service was effortless. Their mobile app is user-friendly, and I was able to make a reservation in just a few clicks. The driver arrived promptly, and I was greeted with a warm smile. Throughout the trip, the driver engaged in friendly conversation, making the journey enjoyable. I'm impressed with their seamless booking process and the friendly nature of their drivers amazing app.

8 years I've been using Goldstar and recommending the company, but not anymore. The app doesn't work, 70% of the time it won't take the payment, so you have to wait 8 minutes before trying again.Ive reported this so many times, but staff don't care...try to order using the old telephone member, but staff can't hear what I'm saying, even though they are answering my questions...the last few months the company has gone down hill, which is such a shame, because it used to be great.Please if you do respond to this feedback, don't ask me to email you, if you're not interested in what I'm telling you on the phone or face to face, why will an email make any difference??

Arrived later than was supposed to be... but we were kept informed of that so easy to forgive. Driver didn't stick to one speed limit at any point for our 7 mile journey tho.

1 star is too generous for this company if I could give less then I would.I’ve used this company a few times now and haven’t really been a great experience the drivers just grunt at you and they don’t speak either which makes the journey awkward and uncomfortable.Until yesterday which is the worse experience I’ve had with this company yet.I had ordered a taxi yesterday 15/10/23 at 8:45 one driver was on the way and suddenly cancelled the ride. I had to book another taxi at 9:00 15 mins later no taxi I rang the firm and they were no help at all I told them I had somewhere to be in a small space of time they just didn’t care.I then called again after waiting a further 5-10 mins I got connected to our driver Luis who was rude and honestly the way he spoke was disgusting I get the great eastern run was on yesterday but when I ordered the taxis the road was re open as I had multiple cars drive past me.Once connected to Luis I simply asked how long he was going to be as I had waited for quite a while and was in a rush, he thought it would be a good idea to tell me he couldn’t get to me and my partner due to the road being closed I proceeded to tell him that the road was open as I had cars driving by me and I was stood on the grass verge at the junction. He started yelling at me telling me he is the driver so he know what is closed and what isn’t. I can’t believe I had to tell him I had actual cars physically drive past me. Luis proceeded to yell at me which frankly was quite upsetting.I would not recommend this taxi service staff is rude

Gold star are by far the best taxi firm in Peterborough. Always quick to get to u and always friendly drivers . Will recommend again and again. Five stars for the team . Well done gold star

Been using this taxi for ages, what a horrible experience today booked taxi on the app it kept showing driver is 2 minutes away 6 minutes later I call the company they said the taxi driver is just around the corner I waited another 10 minutes so I called them again they said they connecting me to the taxi driver the phone ended I called them again and again, they connect me to taxi driver just for him to tell me that he doesn’t know where the address is, you’re a taxi driver and you don’t know where you’re going? Such simple address as well, please spare me. Another 10 minutes passes so I called the company and asked to dispatch me another taxi just after 3 minutes for the taxi driver to turn up. As I paid online the driver told me that because I’ve cancelled the original the payment has been cancel which the company has completely forgot to mention while I was asking them to dispatch another vehicle and on my card I have been charge twice but never mind that. I’m baffled that as taxi driver you don’t know where you’re going or you don’t have GPS which the taxi driver had.. shocking and at the the taxi driver was so rude

Fast and efficient service .Best prices around. Taxi driver made sure we got home safely and walked me and my friend to the doors of apartments from our night out.gentleman to talk to you very polite and friendly

Awful experience. Have seen their cars around so thought I would download the app and give them a go. Used for the first time yesterday evening. Pre-booked on the app, so pickup and drop off addresses were clear. Driver called me 10 minutes before he was due to pick us up asking if we were “going into town” (which we weren’t). I clarified the addresses for him and he said he’d be there soon. Then he remotely cancelled the booking. We live in one of the villages so getting another taxi at short notice is very difficult. Appalling communication and service. Avoid at all cost. Just dreadful.

This company is reliable and lovely. Drivers are respectful and polite and always on time. When raining I often book my daughter a cab to school and even with booking the night before most companies I've tried accept the booking then turn up half hour late so she's late for school. I'm aware they have council bookings for school run times but if they couldn't do the booking slot, they should just say. Goldstar diamond taxis always turn up within a couple of minutes of the booking time even if the cab is booked in the morning they've never let us down even once. Glad I found them.
