I came here for the massage/facial/afternoon tea package for a cute hen party.We all loved everything, massage and facial were good, 7/10, but the afternoon tea was just great, the atmosphere all the snacks (2 of us were vegetarian), it was just a luxurious experience! Recommend!

This was a wonderful experience!The team are all so kind, friendly and accommodating.The Spa space is immaculate, well presented and they have everything you need. I loved how private it was and that they're isn't loads of other people around, which shows that they focus on the quality of your experience. Michaela did an incredible massage and Ruta was equally incredible in service and hospitality.

Three of us had a wonderful spa session and lunch. The hotel is beautiful and the spa is clean and calming. Asmaa our therapist was absolutely incredible. Because of her we will be back! She made us feel so welcome and we felt that she truly cared for us. All three of us said we could tell she loves what she does..best massage ever! Asmaa truly has magic in her hands.. amazing

First class experience from start to finish! I booked a Spa and Afternoon Tea with my partner to celebrate my birthday on Tuesday: Francesco was incredibly helpful in arranging my booking and really friendly, welcoming and attentive on the day.Joana, our therapist, was lovely, super polite and considerate during the treatment. It was my partner's first experience in a Spa getting a treatment and he was really glad he did and can feel the benefits of his Swedish massage even days after!The hotel and Spa both looked immaculate throughout and Covid protocols in place seemed to be strictly adhered to. The Spa itself was great, having the whole place to ourselves and not feeling rushed at any point definitely added to the whole experience and relaxation. The afternoon tea and restaurant staff were also 5* - the service was on point, the food absolutely delicious and the whole atmosphere just perfect. All staff, both whilst enjoying the Spa and the restaurant, couldn't have done more to make my birthday celebration a perfect one! Thank you so very much to all the Baglioni Hotel and Spa for a perfect time as your guests, we can't wait to be back!

We had a great time, we went for the Spa, massage, and healthy lunch. The Spa/ massage experience was really good perfect for couples with a private changing room, steam room, and relaxation room. The massage was performed brilliantly as the masseuse was very professional and listened to our needs.The best part was the lunch which had a delicious set Italian menu with 3 or 4 choices for each course. The staff were absolutely brilliant!!

A heartfelt thank you to Baglioni spa for an exceptional experience!The staff’s attention to detail and genuine care for our preferences made us feel truly cherished. My mother was excited with her therapist Lourdes who did the facial, leaving her glowing and rejuvenated. Sandra, my masseuse, make the massage worked wonders on my back shoulder tension, alleviating my pain. The therapist’s expertise and dedication shone through and we’re immensely grateful. Baglioni spa exceeded all expectations, providing a blissful escape tailored perfectly to our needs.We can’t wait to return!

Booked for a relaxing massage before the start of the new academic year. There was an unfortunate mix up with my booking that was only brought to my attention due to calling to see if I was able arrive earlier to use the steam room prior to my treatment. Luckily they were able to accommodate me on the day which I was very thankful for. The Swedish massage was amazing and I was able to use the steam room to further unwind. Although small, it is a lovely establishment with friendly and accommodating staff. I will definitely be back again.

I loved this Spa experience. Ruta was so amazing and very friendly and fun to interact with. She made my friend (Birthday Boy) and I feel very welcome. I called weeks ago to surprise him with a Spa Day for his birthday and Ruta and Sandra (Therapist) were amazing. Ruta pulled out all the stops she made him a Pie with a candle on top and sang Happy Birthday their relaxation room was beautifully decorated and very inviting . The experience was the best I will be returning and telling my friends.

I had signature aroma massage, which was amazing. Highly recommended. Facilities were nice as well.

We had such a lovely time at the Baglioni spa (four of us). Great customer service and attention, the full body massage was exquisite and our 3 course lunch was really good. Special thanks to my masseuse Adeline, she was great
