We shopped around quite a lot before we chose the flooring, as it was the entire flat - but nothing matched the customer service that we received from Donna!Donna gave us knowledgeable and honest advice, and was incredible flexible with our fitting schedules - making everything run seamlessly! The fitting teams were also fantastic, professional and efficient.Couldn’t recommend the team at Putney enough, our experience has really been 5 star!

I'm not happy at all for many reasons.- when got the quote initially it was just lump sum, no details, had to call to get details;- nobody called me to advise about what time fitters are coming - had to call the shop and it was almost impossible to get through, it's 2023, why they have such antiquated phone system without a wait queue?- fitters left tons of dirt from old carpets in the common area of my building;- had to specifically ask fitters to vacuum under carpet dirt before installing new carpet;- I was not told that they use glue and it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom for the next 24 hours due to toxic smell. We could arrange things very differently if advised in advance.Will never buy from Tapi again.

From entering the store to the actual fitting I was well looked after, and the final product - vinyl flooring in kitchen - looks amazing and was fitted perfectly.

Had all the carpets replaced in my 2 bedroom flat. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Fitting and removal only took 4 hours, really high standard and the fitters were a credit to the company. Great price aswell, thankyou Tapi.
