Can't express strongly enough what a wonderful, personal, communicative and exemplary team this is. My purchase was Quite A Journey(!) but Lily's persistence in chasing my dilatory conveyancers and communicating updates both up and down the chain - and her positivity and supportiveness throughout the process - kept me sane and set the gold standard for service. Both Lottie and Ben were similarly brilliant whenever I dealt with them on occasions when Lily was absent. The whole branch is personified by a spirit of kindness and friendliness, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Cannot recommend this agency enough. Booking a viewing was by far the simplest of the 10 or so agencies dealt with recently. Ben, who gave us the viewing, was knowledgeable, thoughtful and in no way pushy with a sale. Offer and purchase process has been extremely easy and fast

We used Richard Willis and Fortis Properties to sell my late mother's house on the recommendation of a neighbour whose house he had just sold. We were not disappointed. We were very impressed by the professionalism shown by himself and his team. He arrived for appointments on time, returned calls promptly, answered any questions we had and kept us informed every step of the way, making the process (especially after a bereavement) trouble free. I can’t recommend Fortis enough. What should have been a very simple sale, turned out to be far from it. Ben was on the ball, on the phone to solicitors and the vendor to try and push the sale through, even when it looked like it might not happen and offered to assist when there were some discrepancies on the part of the solicitors after the sale had completed. Brilliant service and staff.

I would highly recommend Fortis when purchasing a property, especially Ben in the Fairwater branch.We bought at auction which was, a brand new experience and he was so helpful with the many questions that ensued.The purchase turned out to be a bit tricky but Ben liaised with solicitors and the vendors to ensure that all ran smoothly and even helped us with a few queries following the sale.I would definitely look to sell my next property through Ben as he was so helpful. He went way over and above and was a fantastic calming influence which was much-needed during a stressful process.Thanks again Ben!
