Neath Canal towpath
One of my evening bike ride work outs, I twin this with the Tawe Valley bike path, via Birchgove.Mainly flat with one big lump of a hill. Love the post industrial, railway, motorway contrasts with the peaceful tow paths alongside the rivers and canals.
