I was really nervous before dropping my car off as I usually use my local, trusted mechanic, however when I purchased my car, it came with 2 year’s servicing and MOT.The check in was great and easy to use, dropping the car was as easily straightforward.Before the service, they sent me a video of the car form all angles which showing the suspension etc which was great - instantly I trusted them.I would definitely recommend them and will continue to service my car here.

When I collect my car from collection point Daniel Roberts was very helpful! Show me car around! There were few Marks on silver chromes / Dan called to the showroom To the manger (dealer ) they said the silver chromes marks very normal on Mercedes after few wash/ I really hope they consider this wear and tear when I return the car!In collection point Dan were brilliant/ honest!Thank you Daniel.

Car needed a service and some parts replacing. Caitlin ensured this was done all in the same day and my car was dropped outside my work place before 5pm. Car feels brand new. Highly recommend, 10/10 customer service.

Andre is hands down the best car sale's person i have ever dealt with. He was honest and patient with me during the process. The car was clean, very well presented, and exactly as he had described in the video/photos he sent over, if not better, in person. I was sold the moment i saw it! Sabina was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, nice and understanding from start to finish. I didn't expect to buy the car now but I saw this Mazda 3 beauty and I decided go for it. I also wasn't sure if I'd get accepted for finance to cover the rest of the payment but that went very smoothly and once I got approved, I pretty much bought the car without even seeing it in person. That says a lot about Sabina's customer service skills especially that this is my very first own car. Sabina reassured me of the choice regarding safety, sound system and space. Very happy with it.
