Terrible customer service, as all the other reviewers are saying.For instance, in my first session the doc was an hour late. Then he was on the phone to what he later revealed was his relatives Pakistan while I was lying down waiting for my treatment to commence!I wasted £2500 overall and didn't see any improvement to my pigmentation problems.Emails are never responded to or phone calls answered. Website does not work.A very unprofessional outfit.

I had 2 treatments here, tattoo removal which was good and after multiple sessions there was a noticeable improvement.The other treatment whichI'd give 0 stars to was scar removal, I've been left with a dent and a larger scar. After consulting with other doctors elsewhere I was advised that there wasn't enough time left in between treatments.Also during one of my treatments, a man entered the room while I had no top on, he entered without asking for permission. This was absolutely unprofessional.

I went for a consultation with Dr Ahmad about my skin and face. The doctor told me the best options for my face and I decided to trust the doctor with his recommendation. The results were very rewarding.I later spoke to the doctor about a tummy tuck and he advised me to get the sculpting machine. I came again and the results were very successful.The full team was very understanding and good company. Their communication was goodI would recommend anyone to visit this clinic.

Avoid this company. Awful patient care. Resulted in an infected wound which led me to A&E.My story:I contacted LARC about a Lipoma cyst I had on the back of my neck. After liaising with the reception team where I send details along with photos of the area, I arranged an appointment. When turning up for my appointment I was sent into the doctors room where he gave me a 'consultation' in which he repeatedly asked me Do you want it done now? You are my last customer so you need to hurry and make a decision" - these comments put me under pressure and make me feel very unwelcome as if I were a nuisance for him and the team. The doctor explained absolutely everything to me, my treatment plan and explained in depth what the process and the outcome would be. So far extremely happy and super excited to see the final results. The doctor was very kind and caring, I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been receiving treatment for 2 months now and it’s been a great experience. The doctors and practitioners are extremely helpful, respectful and nice!! They talk you through every single treatment process, make you feel welcome and relax, and they actually care about you and helping you achieve what you came for.

Extremely disappointed with the last session of my laser treatment.After having had several session with a specified price per session as agreed with Dr. Kasim. I was charged almost double on the last session.After mentioning to the receptionists that the amount charged was incorrect in comparison with the previous sessions, both staff tried to convince me why the price was changed without previous notification. The lady mentioned that the sessions had the prices increased while the guy said that I was paying a discount price before. Both arguments were completely contradictory and also very unprofessional when they are clearly showing that they setting their prices as as they wish.I do not yet know if the treatment will give the results promised but I can guarantee that they have lost a client as it is very unprofessional to force people to pay what it was not discussed during my first, second, or third consultation. I paid because I did not want to enter into the game they tried to play about price increase, discount, etc. but I could have clearly walk off without paying or pay my regular session price based on the robery they were just trying to justify. Avoid at all COST!
