This aquatic centre is amazingI haven't been here since I took my children over 25 years ago !We've just made a new larger pond & needed some plants as we already have new residents (Frogs) with no cover to hide underThe Goldfish bowl was the only place on Oxford that had someWhilst we were there we had a good look roundIt's an unbelievably big shop with so many aquariums with all sorts of tropical fish, some we've never seen beforeAlso, all the items you can put into aquariums withdifferent themesLuke was the guy who served & was so helpful & knowledgeable about everything thereGreat place to take children for just a visit

Love going in always willing to help started two new tanks and been advised all the way along to make sure fish are happy and healthy

a very good experience and well run tropical and goldfish shop with splendid aquariums. stocks turtles/tortoises also, and some very big cat/pilot fish, also has venomous species. tanks coral, sea plants and all accessories sold here.

A fantastic place for all fish needs. I find they do really look after me and value my custom. I've never had any problems with fish from here and advice given is always genuine. I highly recommend this place. They are more than happy to test your water quality and actively encourage you to keep records on a form they give you therefore making it easier to resolve an issue should something go wrong. Also it has an impressive selection of fish and accessories.

I visited the store this Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by its size and the extensive range of products available. From a variety of fishes to live plants, the selection was impressive—truly a wow moment.What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly customer-focused. My experience was with Luke, who provided detailed information about the fishes I was interested in and offered valuable insights on their care.I'm planning to return later this week as I need to add more fishes to my collection.Towards the end of my visit, I had a delightful conversation with Barry, who shared the fascinating history of the store. It was truly impressive and brought back fond memories of my childhood days.I used to accompany my dad, back home, to select fishes for our aquarium, creating a sense of nostalgia and joy.Happy days indeed.

Brilliant - the staff are very knowledgable, extremely helpful and don't let you buy what you do not need.If you are considering fish or have fish - you will struggle to find a better resource and people than The Goldfish Bowl.

Visited the store or shall I say fishkeepers paradise on Saturday staff were very friendly and helpful the stock is amazing they have everything fish and product, there is even a workshop section at the back of the shop i have included a photo. You can design your scape with a healthy stock of any rock/wood one can desire and once your happy take it to the till very reasonably priced too. In short I had a great experience building my planted tank with luke as my guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to returning for the fish and highly recommend that all fishkeepers old or new pay a visit to this amazing place.Many thanks to the goldfish bowl team.
