Never pay full amount every excuse they make if you phone them they say it was not documented lies lies lies my son reccomeded his friend the tutor signed it of for someone else will be taking it further makes you wonder were all money goes to ?

The staff and teachers are professionals with values and great care about the students. I'm impressed from the good communication with myself as a parent and with the students. My son achieved his qualification in Automotive Mechanics and was going with enthusiasm. Comparing with Sheffield college where he has been before Lifeskills college is way better with attentive staff and teachers who actually care. I highly recommend

My family is currently having difficult times at the moment for which life skills in Rotherham are aware, and today my daughter has been told to leave the premises for misbehaving in class, and by misbehaving I mean that due to there being a shortfall on class work to do in the nail and beauty class, she and two others decided to wax each others eyebrows, which is also in keeping with their class nail and beauty" but then their tutor "Carol"and the head of the college "Matt" decided that it was a good idea to throw out 3 vulnerable 16 year old girls out on the streets of Rotherham without even paying them their bus fares which they we're owed from last week anyway

Went onto this training provider back in 2016, sat a 2 day induction period consisting of English and Maths tests and on the second day a CV improvement session, however the CV improvement was honestly all I can say is good about LifeSkills, I was told after completing these 2 days that I would hear back from employers within 1-2 weeks of having my CV sent out to local businesses.4 months later and heard absolutely nothing, no contact about what I could do to improve my chances of finding a placementDo not recommended, do yourself a favour and job hunt rather than relay on this training provider.

I’ve recently just started at life skills doing a beauty therapy course the staff are nice and make me feel welcome at the center. Am enjoying my course as my tutor is nice and helps me and we do lots of practical lessons.

I am currently a student at Lifeskills-Rotherham and all the tutors there are helpful and supportive especially Matt.

I have been studying at LifeSkills for over a year and it's safe to say that they have helped me with so much. I have had a lot going on at home and every time I come into college they always ask to see how I am doing. They have helped me gain my confidence. Every member of staff are respectful. Highly recommended.

lovely college with the most amazing staff, very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend attending, or allowing your child to attend this college, their approach to education is person centred and is of a high quality, never been happier within education!

Loved it made new mates had a laugh now I’m on an apprenticeship with. GTA in Doncaster with hi tech in Eastwood working on cars also the staff are brill I recommend it !

I've been at this college a couple of months and have already dealt with a few problems, including bursary, other students and staff, I came in to college and completed my work within the first 2 week of being there baring I mind people had been there 2 month previous to me, my tutor Carol didn't log my work at all, or put me down for my bursary, I feel like she doesn't take our work seriously thankfully we now have a tutor called jess who absolutely gives us all she has to reach our goals and expectations. However last week we broke up for Christmas and have been told to come in for the rest of this week? Just before christmas, how can you expect us to come at such short notice! Some people can't just pull money from a tree. Especially this close to Christmas. So unorganised and unprofessional.
