We have been to the Hounslow branch a bunch of times, and it is always a decent experience.However, the Southall branch was not as well rounded an experience.There seemed to be only two people working, one in the kitchen and another serving and assisting in the kitchen.The prices are similar to the above average prices of the Hounslow branch. However, while the Hounslow branch has a nice atmosphere, decor and restaurant service, the Southall branch was more akin to canteen style dining.Apart from the higher than average prices for the food, the Lollipop Chicken was a letdown. It was simply fried chicken wings (not drumsticks). I've never seen that before and certainly not at the Hounslow Branch.The momo and noodle lunch time special was really good and their noodles in general were very tasty. However, as they did not give me a receipt, I was baffled by the total. Seems they charge something like £2.50 for a can of drink.Although the food was ok, the other things have put me off from visiting again.

It was my first time in kathmandu zone. I was there with my indian friend. I wanted to introduce nepalese food and their hospitality to my friend but I was disappointed with the food and the service. The food was below average and the service was awful. Kandmandu zone didn't meet my expectation. We ordered chatpate which was tasteless and momo was not soo good. They need to improve the service and the quality of the food. One more thing they didn't allow us to drink more than 2 beer per person. It was only 9:00 and they said they don't allow more than 2 beer per person. I have never heard of such thing before . We wanted to spend quality time there but they spoilt our evening. Overall they need to treat their customers very well. We felt unwanted there. I hope this review reaches to the right person .

Very bad service, I have taken chicken fried rice for take away, after going home I opened the box and I can't see any chicken pieces in the box, then I called to restaurant and told them all these, so there were telling me for sure that is chicken fried rice only with full pieces of chicken, there were not able to listen me as well.I couldn't see any chicken in this.....

Excellent service and a food to match. Top quality freshly cooked Momos , Chicken Chowmein and Veg Soup. Served with a smile. Will definitely return.

The jhol momo was remarkable 10/10 for me highly recommend it everyone should try it.The jhol taste so authentic takes me back to when I use to eat jhol momo from Nepal.The chicken chow mein is one of yhe best I have ever tasted in the UK so far.The momo, chow mein and apple & mango juice bill came up to £21.40, I personally feel that it is a bit on the expensive side.But for the taste I really cannot complain.

The service was a complete let down. They just served the food and didn't show up. We had to ask them to bring out plates and cutlery multiple times. Me and my friend were just staring at each other. Food came but the plated and cutlery didn't. What a service it was . Just wow.

We saw the word Raman and ordered.It was no Raman, just sweet and sour soup with thick noodles and chicken cubes.Long wait for food which was from a packet.Overall while it was no Raman it was a awful soup. We left most of it. They did say the Momos are made fresh but delivered from the Hounslow branch. Once bitten, twice shy.

Food shop/Restaurant in Southall and the food, service and staff all was great.Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food compliments this - I have been to many Nepali food shops and this one is one of the nicer ones for sure! Been here 2-3 times so far and was worth the visit every time. Will be going again in a month when I next get chance to go from Reading to Southall.

My recent visit to Kathmandu Momos left me quite disappointed. The service was subpar, and the taste of the food was far from satisfying. I had high hopes for a delightful momo experience, but unfortunately, it fell short on both fronts. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their service and culinary offeringsHad huge expectations from Kathmandu momos but what they served was not up to the mark - suggest me if you find any other good places.Ambience is great but didn’t feel it authentic Nepal food
