The price listed on the website is £10pp which should be £12 as you will not be permitted entry without paying £2 for their socks. They say this is due to hygiene, which is absolute rubbish as they're normal socks which you can reuse on further visits. If it was hygiene it would be one use only, come on parents weren't born yesterday. Take drinks and hide them in a bag as they do not do water, you will be charged for everything possible they can think off. Also their drinks are extortionately priced for what they are. £3.20 for an extremely small coffee given in a disposable cup. Not very environmentally friendly either, particularly considering no recycling on site.There is a frequent visitor reward card which can be stamped on each visit. However, I took 4 children, paid for 4 and 4 supposed hygiene socks but, no that warrants one stamp. Not one stamp on 4 cards but 1 for the entire party. So next time, if there is a next time, we will go in one by one to ensure we actually can be rewarded for what we paid for.Kids aged 14, 13, 11 and 10 enjoyed their visit. The 11 year old said they liked it better than Jump however, the older children prefer jump as this is smaller. Smaller children up to 11 would enjoy their visit here.My main point is due to the clear fleecing of parents, I wouldn't recommend this place for a play session. However, if we had not been charged for socks, told off for bringing water and denied reward stamps, I would recommend this children under 11. The owners need to realise families are struggling at the minute. Reward people for being repeat customers properly, have free socks or more transparent marketing and many more families will come. The quietness on the day we visited, I'm sure is reflective of the management policies. One part of the bounce area was out of bounds maybe, I should go to the management and ask for a percentage back. I would put money on them, doing this, if it was vice versa.

Nice place, clean and fun but just a bit of a rip-off having to pay £28 for a 2 year old and accompanying adult (including mandatory unnecessary socks).

Fantastic place, if very tiring. Taken the boys, 8 & 12 they loved it. Took the granddaughter 3 absolutely loved it, but hard work for me at 70. Still tired her out. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and it works out cheaper than softplay.

Had a lovely time here for my daughter's fifth birthday, taking a small group for jumping and ice cream and pizza afterwards. The staff were super friendly and helpful and didn't mind us singing happy birthday and doing a discreet crown making craft whilst waiting for food. Everyone had a fab time!

Absolute rip off. Cost me £24 to take my 2 1/2 yr old. Booked her in online in advance and didn’t expect I’d have to pay full whack myself just to accompany her in there, and be made to pay for a pair of socks myself. Should have asked for a refund rather than cough up the extra. 2 stars because she did enjoy it in there, but it was not even close to being worth almost a quarter of a ton for an hours entertainment.

Came for the tots session last Saturday 29th, we'll definitely be going again! Also, all staff we encountered were lovely but especially Amy (on the inflatable), she was amazing with my toddler and had some kind of interaction with him each time she saw us.

Great place to take the kids - all new facilities and cleaner than any other kids soft play or bounce play I've been to.I took my 3 year old to the under 6s session and it wasn't too crowded, great that it didn't feel she would be trampled by older kids.Staff supervising on the equipment were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going again.

We had a private hire party and we had the best time. Clear communication before, during and after. Super helpful staff. Great inflatable park, big car park, standard food and drinks, always remember to fill consents form before arrival to avoid waiting. Good for birthday parties and for quick play with kids. Highly recommended.
