Took my dog here in the middle of the night after speaking with the vet on the phone. The staff were brilliant and quickly identified the problem and gave me medicine and advice on treating my dogs issue, however, it was £300 just to be seen out of hours, with another £300 on top for just to be safe" xrays which is not only extortionate it puts pet owners in a very awkward position if they are not able to afford this price. I bet so many pets go without the urgent treatment they need because of this. I understand there are costs associated with running an out of hours service but surely charging this much per visit is excessive."

The most caring and compassionate vets! Everyone at the clinic to goes above and beyond to help our dog and whilst we had a very scary time of him needing surgery and being submitted to stay for a weekend, the clinic made the experience a lot easier than we could have imagined. I wanted to especially say thank you to Amy for the patience, care and understanding of an anxious dog and to Matt for an impressive, successful and extremely detailed surgery against some crazy odds! I had my first visit to the practice yesterday, unfortunately we had to have our pet PTS and my usual vets couldn't take us in. I saw Rob the vet and he was absolutely amazing, he talked me through every option and stage with support and compassion. Rob even took the time to carry my pet to the car for me as I was so upset. Just the kind of vet you could hope for when faced with such a difficult situation and what a credit to your practice. Thank you.

Not my usual Vets, but had to get an emergency out of hours appointment whilst staying away in Suffolk. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My dog received prompt and effective treatment to have a grass seed removed.

The Vets in Bury St Edmunds branch are lovely. The Animals are in their best interest. They've given honest advice everytime I've visited. They don't always charge for brief follow up appointments.Easy to get an appointment.So far I've been impressed with their level of service.

Recently moved and was recommended this vetinary practice. The Vets and Reception staff I've seen are all very friendly and helpful, and I've been very pleased with the service they provide.
