Just A Day staff are so so friendly and welcoming. Emma was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Emma was so patient with an indecisive bride but I said ‘yes to the dress’ to a dress Emma actually picked out for me! Honestly would recommend Just A Day to anyone.

It was such a fantastic experience trying on wedding dresses, and with the help and expertise of Sharna I found my dress! Sharna was so helpful from picking out dresses she thought would suit, giving advice on how to make a decision and what changes are possible to make to dresses. She was so professional and put me right at ease. Looking forward to picking my chosen dress up in a few months! Thank you again for all your help! X

I went for my very first dress shopping experience here & it was amazing. I was so nervous and the girls there are the absolute loveliest. Even the place itself is beautiful and feels so luxury. I really couldn’t recommend it more. They even helped my mum surprise me, which made it extra special!❤️

Came in expecting to wear what I thought was my dream dress. However that was not what suited me. The girl who I'm afraid I can't remember her name, was very calm, patient and supportive as well as very friendly. She let me try on so many dresses in my time slot. She also gave good advice on what suits me. I cannot find anything negative to say as the service was excellent. Highly recommended this shop.I did say yes to the dress and our wedding day has been amazing.

From the first phonecall, Sharna from Just a Day was lovely. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was encouraged to try as many dresses as I wanted. Sharna was so helpful , enthusiastic ,patient and professional, all covid restrictions in place..I found a very beautiful dress for me and was recommended a fantastic dressmaker.Both Sharna and Heidi have been incredibly supportive and I am so appreciative of the experience.Just a Day bridal shop us definitely worth a visit...lovelyshop , beautiful choice of dresses and fantastic customer care. A very positive, exciting experience.

During my appointment, the team were so kind and helpful, being honest and open about the dresses I tried on and offering very helpful advice. Although I didnt actually get my dress from here I simply cannot recommend this place enough.I suffer with anxiety and very negative body image i struggle when buying a pair of jeans, never mind a wedding dress! Sharon was simply incredible. She saw how terrified I was and was so compassionate and patient. She gave me excellent advise, not just practical advice about budgeting and payment but things I'd never considered before like thinking about how the dress made me feel and how the shoes I wore would change my posture which would change how the dress looked.This wonderful woman gave me the confidence to keep going until I found my dress, there's no way I could have kept on trying dresses all day if it wasn't for her.
