Rented the small van for 8 days to use on holiday. Great size van. Great customer service and all my questions answered quickly and fully. Full record of van condition captured before I set off. Deposit returned promptly too. Thoroughly recommend!

We used your removals on the 18th and 19th of September to move from Devon to Wiltshire. Hayden and Tony moved us and we were very impressed with the job they did. Excellent service and very polite throughout the move.

Britannia Lanes are excellent. Reasonable value, professional and truly outstanding customer service.I hired a box lorry from them to move house. When the vehicle had a mechanical issue the team at Britannia acted immediately to provide me another vehicle, then they moved my things between vehicles for me and offered me a discount for the trouble.I would certainly recommend and will use them myself next time I need a vehicle.

We just used Britannia Lanes of Devon to move house and it was a great experience. From the initial communications with Millie in the office, through the survey and to the move itself. They loaded the lorry the day before and collected the final few essentials the following morning for the move to the new home. Amazing organization from everyone. The guys working on the trucks were so quick and efficient. Every one of them was polite, friendly and hard working. Can't fault anyone or anything about the service. A shout out to Billy, Leighton, Haydon, Tony H and Josh A, you guys were outstanding!!

Really good place, easy to get in touch, friendly experienced staff, hassle free way of doing business. Recommend to take out Insurance as with all rental companies fixing prices could be very high.Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. I stored my stuff here for 2 years and would definitely use this company again. The building is in a good location not far from the city centre, secure, clean and has 24 hour access. Padlocks, packaging, boxes etc, are available to buy from the office. I also hired a van from the same company for a very reasonable price online. The staff are very helpful. Mr Parr is ace!

The process of booking, collecting and dropping off the self-drive van was extremely easy. The staff were polite and professional. The van itself was clean inside and out. It was great value for money and I would definitely recommend to anyone and use again myself. Thank you.

I had to hire a Luton van last week. Britannia lanes was one of the first few to come up on Google. So glad I found them as they were absolutely brilliant all the way through. The website is easy and tells you all you need to know. Robert Parr was a very professional and friendly guy, and he helped me through the whole van hire process. He is an absolute gentleman and a great asset to Britannia. Will definitely be hiring from them again and recommending them too.

I have hired two vehicles from Lanes of Devon and in both cases I was very happy. Their paperwork requirement were very clear and the handover was very easy, fast and well explained. The advice for supply of packaging materials was excellent and did the job. Both vehicles were reliable and Lanes give you contingency notes in the unlikely event of breakdown or puncture. Their experience shines through.
