Not worth a single star. I took my necklace to the jewellers as the chain had snapped. I was informed that it would need to be sent away to be fixed and and wouldn't be ready for 10 days. 4 WEEKS later, 4 separate journeys into Bangor and I am still without my necklace due to it not being returned to the shop.Absolutely disappointing customer service, no sincerity with the apology. No discount for the inconvenience except for the offer to cover the postage to return my necklace (rightly so!)I will not be using this jeweler ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone in the future.
