Very good value for money, locations and staff. Ok selection of cards but should cater for the many modern day extended family member cards lots mire than you do... i really struggle to find new stepdad/like a dad cards as selection is so limited, ive had to send my lovely stepdad the same card twice now so will go elsewhere next time and what about foster mom/dad cards or great niece/nephew cards? I could go on... Come on Card Factory think outside the box more and you could be THE favoured card shop and take over the competition completely!

Good selection of cards and balloons at reasonable prices, staff friendly, parking adequate, pay and display but first 30 mins free, so you have time for a quick look around the other shops.

My partner brought balloons banners and card back in July for my birthday the large helium balloon is still going strong!! Thank u to staff for helping my hubby great service n great value for £

This is the place to buy all your cards and wrapping. The prices here are ridiculously low. They have a massive range and some really good novelty items. There is a large parking area outside and even when there busy you don't have to queue long as the staff on till are very friendly and efficient.

Popped it to get daughters balloons and was served by Viv on one of the hottest day of the year (shop don't have air con) yet Viv was still up beat and provided the best customer service I have had in a long time...full of beans and made me feel extremely welcome and valued...Viv went the extra mile with my balloons!! Viv your a credit to card factory and your customer service style should be the template trained out across all card factory's...Would definitely recommend visiting this branch if you want a individual tailored service that big high street names strive to provide (often fall short) because they don't have that Viv flare!!! Thanks again will definitely return.

Had more or less everything you need for any occasion. Friendly staff and a great service. Shop isn't really that big so would be quite hard to get round in a wheelchair.

Very well stocked for a late Sunday visit. Staff very friendly and managed to get everything I needed in one trip. Good time to visit after 3pm. Only me and one other customer.
