Pine & Oak Shop

I forgot to leave a review at the time when I bought from this wonderful shop. I bought the Opus Modern Oak Corner desk. I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else and definitely not for the price here. I was wary as I had not heard of them before but there was no need to be. On receipt of the online order I was contacted with a delivery date. I rang to check a couple of things and was also told the best way to put the desk together when I got it, I hadn't asked for this information but it was invaluable. The 2 man delivery was on time and they too were really polite. The product itself is as described, beautifully made and solid. Please don't hesitate to buy from here, they are all amazing and worth every penny, the service is second to none. Thank you.

Great little shop selling a wide range of quality real wood furniture at reasonable prices. It's a small shop but it has an example from the ranges that it sells so you can see the style of the product you'll be buying.Very easy to do business with and I highly recommended it.

After a bad experience with a previous on line retailer it was wonderful to deal with a reputable company with great communication. I had not previously appreciated the importance and benefits of buying from an on line trader who also has shop premises. Their approach is very different to an on-line only company. I had very specific requirements as the table was to be delivered to a removals company and knew I was expecting a great deal but every query I raised was met politely and my expectations exceeded.Have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use again.Many thanks for all your help!

I've bought six pieces of oak furniture from this company. I found the site easy to navigate and there's plenty of different choices depending on personal taste.The quality of my purchases is outstanding. The pieces are both classical yet contemporary and look stunning in my lounge. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional and added that personal touch to my orders when I had any questions or concerns. Thank you to all concerned.

Have been searching for ages for a good quality side table, which didn't need assembling.Luckily I walked past this place, which has loads of quality ready-assembled furniture, shelving, coffee tables, etc.Everything is great value and my table was delivered quickly. It looks gorgeous.The owner is helpful and patient and was happy to chat through all my questions.

This is our second purchase from Pine and Oak and we are very happy with our new bedroom furniture. We chose the Dorset ‘painted’ option, which was carried out quickly by the supplier and the finish is excellent.Neil is always quick to respond to any queries and even delivered the items himself. Very helpful company. Originally purchased drawers from another company who couldn't fulfill their order due to supply issues. Pine and Oak were excellent at matching our requirements, communicated well throughout and personally delivered quickly when the courier was struggling with demand. Excellent customer service throughout.

I initially ordered a bookshelf and desk from this shop in May 2022.Firstly, the delivery was delayed, it took nearly 10months from the order date for my bookshelf and desk to be delivered. When I first placed my order, I was not told it would be a 10 month wait. Instead, the time frame kept increase. As a black African who loves oak and natural wood, I very was patient as I hoped it would be worth it.On first delivery attempt, the bookshelf was left downstairs and yet it was meant to be a 2 men delivery. I was left to figure it out. Second time round, the delivery men damaged my bookshelf when taking it to the appropriate room. I contacted the company who told me it's my fault the book shelf was damaged. The bookshelf had been in its original box with all the adequate protection.The response I received from Neil was disgusting and appalling. Did not offer an apology or try to remedy the situation. Blamed me for damage caused by the delivery men they appointed. They were happy to take my money but respond in a disgusting manner when issues arose. In all my years in the UK, this was a first and I deeply regret spending over £800 with Pine and Oak.Please note that the courier was provided by Pine and Oak and yet they refuse to bear responsibility for the damage their delivery men did to my bookshelf.In my opinion - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
