The taxi arrived on time. The driver was erratic when driving. Went through one red light. I wanted to go to the station. There was a queue to get to it so he drove me round a few blocks and dropped me so i had to walk some distance. This was on the side of a busy road andi needed to get my bags out of the boot myself. When i got to the station there wasn’t a queue to get to it at all.

The best cab experience I've ever had. 7 times less expensive than uber, early pick up confirmed by phone call and text, friendly courteous driver. As a single female traveller, I highly recommend Amber cars.

Journey fine but £44 for a journey which Ubers charged £24 for exactly the same journey in opposite way.

Driver did not pick me up outside my house and I had to walk with my suitcase to where he was parked. He then complained about not dropping me off at railway station due to traffic but would drop me off outside the Hilton Hotel and I would have to walk to train station which admittedly was not too far. Cost me alot more going this longer route. Managed to catch train though so happy!

I was taking my autistic child to hospital. He hates being in a moving vehicle and was having a meltdown the whole way there. The driver however was very understanding and let me deal with him the best way I could
