Great place to take your phone tablet or laptop, Great customer service almost extinct nowadays and honest prices, not like other places nearby. Took 2 laptops in that my daughter had taken to other shops in Keighley and both told her they were unfixable. Phone care fixed them both, one just needed new keyboard other a new fan, parts and labour for both under £100 can't praise this shop enough, breath of fresh air much needed nowadays Lucky to have them in our town

Would not use this shop again took my daughters phone in to have the screen replaced was told that I had a 12 month guarantee which I thought was great only for the screen to last 9 days when I contacted them I was told that the guarantee didn't cover a crack in the screen even tho the phone handed been dropped or anything that would have caused this I was told I could purchase a screen protector from them for an additional cost absolute rip off wouldn't waste your time or money in here

Took my old P30pro in to get the charging port changed. Assumed they would need to at least order a part in but 45 minutes later the repair was complete at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

I called in today with a badly smashed tablet and also needed the charging port on my phone replacing, just to enquire. They did both in under an hour and at a very reasonable cost. Great service and nice guys too.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:)

Honestly the best customer care I've had from any company for years. Repaired my broken screen quickly, cheaper than all other shop quotes in town, explained exactly what was happening when he didn't have the exact part, offered free home delivery out of hours on the same day AND even threw in a free glass screen protector. Top guy. I'll be telling all my friends and family to come here. Well done!

I went in because my phone screen was broken, it was really affordable compared to other places to have it fixed and didn't take long at all! Would 100% recommend. I also bought and anti shock case whilst I was there.

I use this shop all the time.. It’s the best by far for fixing IPhones! Any repair they’ve done has always been under an hour.. 10/10!
