Superdrug

Today on 11/3/23 I was in this store with family,My daughter asked fir student discount but the most horrible n wild type manager there so hard spoken n rough person very rudely replied. That person is supposed to be a sweeper in store instead of manager, plz replace him at once or send him to school again to get some education.It’s shame fir Superdrug n disgrace.

I love shopping at Superdrug for all my health and beauty needs. They have so many products and brands to choose from, and they are all cruelty-free and affordable. Their loyalty program is awesome, and I get points, discounts, and exclusive offers every time I shop. Their customer service is also top-notch, and they always help me with any questions or issues I have. They also have many services that I can use, such as pharmacy, online doctor, aesthetic clinics, and health services. Superdrug is not just a retailer, they are a partner that cares about me and my well-being. They always make me feel super.

Products are nice, so many varieties and brands but the store needs to take care of customer service, it was a rainy day, I carried my small luggage because I moved my things to university accommodation, as u all know about Glasgow rain, my hair was quite wet because of the rain, I was looking for some skincare products and thinking what to buy because I still have some of my cosmetics, the security man looked at me like I’m gonna steal things without paying. I understand that it’s his job to be aware of thieves but I’m not the person who’s gonna steal things. Not every Asian is the same and some Chinese or Singaporeans r really rich. I am not sure is it because some ppl steal things at Superdrug? I’m having second thoughts about visiting the store again and shop at Boots because I can’t stand someone looking at me like I’m a thief.

Great selection of make up and toiletries

Unfriendly service. Promotion in store on various products said buy one get one half price. Got two items at £3 each and lady said they had to be two of the same items and would not even run them through the till to check. Very odd.

Very large store, with one WHOLE WALL dedicated to make up alone..A beauty treatment section at the back.Medicine and health care section.Fast till service despite the queues.

Had my eyebrows done today in argyle street and she has literally left me with a thin line after asking for them to be tidied up. Went scissor happy!!, been going for years no issues and now they are like 60s old womans brows. Butchered!

Was dealt with by a lovely assistant who took time out to help and assist and even advise with products. She really knew her stuff

I was suffering very bad hay-fever and ran to this store. I arrived before they closed, but the security guard wouldn't let me in. Complete lack of compassion.
