Palatine Library
Attended Palatine library this morning only to be turned away. Apparently, due to new lockdown measures, you can only use the library for ICT use. Was advised this information was on social media, unfortunately this was not high on my list of priorities to check, especially as an item in Friday's Gazette stated the reduced hours of the library no mention of only being open for ICT use
