Taken jewellery here to be mended on a number of occasions, and have always found the lady in the shop so polite and very helpful. The jewellery is mended to a high standard can't even tell that they have had a repair done. Would recommend Gems jewellers to anyone who needs repairs done.

I've had old rings refashioned into new rings. I've had a solitaire necklace altered into a ring which is perfect. I trusted this jeweller with my most sentimental pieces and got back exactly what I asked for and am very thankful.

Need to give this place a review for there amazing service. I stupidly bent/near enough destroyed a ring that I love and after quick google search of the area and seeing the amazing reviews took my ring in. Few days later my ring was back to new and polished and looking better than ever and the cost was very very reasonable.Very nice lady in the shop aswellWill defo be back for any jewellery repairs etc

Just picked up my late mums engagement ring today that I had to get cut off it looks amazing I can't believe it I am absolutely over the moon thanks so much fantastic work no wonder its called gems cause they r a wee gem xxxx

This is a little Gem of a place. They not only repaired a ring that I was told couldn't be fixed but they did it with care, the ring was fixed & polished up to look like new. First class customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Took my ladies KC watch in to get glass replaced. Watch was in perfect working order. Went to collect it to be told couldn’t change time as winder wasn’t working. As I say it went into the shop in perfect working order. They have kept the watch to chat? about it. Watch this space.
