Avoid if you can. We had our car valued and we were told the amount they offered would stand for two days, went back two days later and they took £80.00 off the value as we had added about about 15miles on the car. Their advert says the money goes straight into your account, what they don’t tell you is if you want the money straight away it will cost you £30.00 or you can have it after two days if you pay £25.00. If you don’t won’t to pay you have to wait four working days to get the money not including the day you sell the car.

Dips was absolutely amazing. Very courteous, gave us good time and attention and was very open and honest. An extremely smooth process from start to finish - I think WBAC get a bed rep because people over estimate the value of their cars. Be honest with yourself about your vehicle and you will have an incredibly smooth process. Really happy with everything, would thoroughly recommend.

Quoted me one price which was half the insurance right-off value, but I was desperate for the cash, but reduced the price by a further 50% on the day of exchange because it had a short MOT known at the time of the original quote. I had to say 'no'. 25% the value is all they would give as a final offer. What a waste of my time and money insuring the vehicle for the day to take it to their meeting place. Once I save up the money for the new MOT (last had no advisories) and advertising cost, I will advertise at the market value. Thanks for nothing, WBAC - Feltham.

The representative from We Buy Any Car was friendly and helpful, but we were very disappointed in the large disparity between the original price offered on-line compared to the price offered at the site.

I strongly believe “We buy any car” are day light robbers and utterly rip off to all customers”Never ever sell it to them , if your vehicle value is £1000 they will pay you a £10 that’s the level of they ripping off innocent customers.Grim!

Guy working there was outstanding in terms of the customer service. Just the business model that drastically undervalued the car you sell. Expect to get 50% of the value of a private sale. Its very useful for getting rid of a motor quick though.

Very pleasant lady.But final price offered was very disappointing.You need at least 6 months MOT and 9 years of service history otherwise you get heavily discounted.

Actually, a surprisingly easy, quick and fruitful experience. Quick (25 mins) and after an initial offer, asked for an additional +£200 which they agreed to. No ad fees, no scam calls, no spending time waiting for people to come and take the car for a test drive, a really positive experience overall.
