Completely useless. Tried on two separate occasions to speak to a nurse practitioner or GP to get hold of antibiotics for a chest infection, on one occasion this was post Covid pneumonia! Kept on hold for well over an hour only to be made to feel like it was my fault I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t call at the allotted time, which I did I was just kept on hold for well over an hour. The practice needs some serious operational changes.

Won't answer the phones ! Had heart trouble the other day, Booked an appointment for a set time, I waited for an hour then had to get An ECG but the nurse wanted to rush it out so she can finish work, then get rushed to hospital and spend 6 hours at the worst hospital, then ring up the next day for some help because im still in pain and discomfort and be put in a que on the phone, I get down to you are number 1 in the que " only for the phone to ring out for 30 mins then disconects. This country is 50 years behind"

Some doctors are outstanding, some aren't. Sometimes you can't get appointments for weeks, which is pointless when you're ill now. However, I've always managed to get appointments the same day in more serious cases, especially for my children. This has been my family doctor all my life and I've seen it become overstretched in recent years

The staff here are very polite and understanding, except one that I encountered today, can't say I've seen her before, don't want to again, no customer care or empathy, whatsoever, thought she was above her station, moved me on to the other receptionist,who was much nicer, didn't see her name badge,but a plump woman, short hair and glasses, she'll know who she is..

THE RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I KNOW IT WASNT A LADY CALLED JAQUIE AS I SPOKE TO HER PREVIOUSLY.IF THAT WAS A MEMBER OF MY STAFF THEY WOULD BE FACING A DISCIPLINARY.I will be making a formal complaint to the practice manager.

Why ring at 17.38 and leave a vmail asking me to call back when you close at 17.30. Leave it at that. Change of doctors surgery I think!
