Embarrassing bouncers especially and when it finally gets an artist that makes it busy they stop loyal customers getting in who have tickets . The place is a disgrace just like Inverness for night life and botanic has been and always will be top of that list

My daughter took me to this beautiful place after an ENT APPOINTMENT on the 1st June and we walked through the gardens .The butternut squash soup and roll was lovely .Floral Hall wasclosed but we still took beautiful photos.thank you..xthis is not Botanic House.It is the Botanical Gardens in Inverness..it is called the Floral Hall and these are the gardens .the inside Hall was closed during the Covid Pandemic but should be open now.sorry for the confusion.

The place looks good and the live performance was awesome.On the other hand, when we entered later at night they took us entrance fee although the show was already ended.

My family and I traveled from the United States. We got ready to go here because a local told us there was live music tonight. Unfortunately the blond women working down stairs was very racist and did not allow my family and I to go in, because I called her out for being rude. She charged us even tho we got there before 8 and insisted we paid even tho the gentleman was very kind and understood we were on time. She had an attitude from the beginning as soon as she heard our accent and was not willing to be nice even tho we arrived on time. Very unprofessional, we were celebrating my birthday and my sister and brother In law’s anniversary, but I’m not going to celebrate somewhere with racist and rude service.

Myself and a friend had a great afternoon having cocktails here. The hostess Maya was lovely and friendly and even offered us her umbrella when we left during a downpour. My friend wanted a custom made drink and Maya was very accommodating. Great service and would return again.

Beautiful and spacious. Very chic with good stage area. Accessible and easy to manover my wheelchair. Accessible lift is very tight and possibly too small for lighter chairs
